Troy grew up in a Suburb of Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Sylvania Southview in 2000. He then went on to graduate in 2004 from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science with a specialization in Atmospheric Sciences (Meteorology). While working at a local restaurant a regular customer suggested he consider getting his real estate license, which he did prior to graduating from Ohio State and the rest is history. Since getting his real estate license in 2004 he and his team, Marsh Home Group have helped over 1,000 clients buy or sell the place they call home. He and his wife also own 13 rental units and continue to add to their rental portfolio all the time. Helping clients who both occupy or purchase for investments build wealth through real estate is truly a passion of Troy's. Allison grew up in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio except for the 2 years she lived in London, England with her family during her middle school years. She graduated from The Ohio State University and went on to receive her teaching license from Capital University. Before joining our team, Allison spent 9 years teaching 6th grade math. Her organization and task oriented mindset is a passion of hers, which helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience when working with the Marsh Home Group.

Connie has lived, studied and worked in three different countries , Europe, Jerusalem and the USA. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bethlehem University and immediately began her career in the hospitality industry. On her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new places and going on new adventures. She believes in creating memories as they last a lifetime and beyond. She also loves walking, planting, and decorating. She is multilingual and fluent in both English and Arabic. At the onset of her career, she embarked on her first business adventure alongside her husband. They opened a specialty store in Downtown Columbus and later expanded to the suburbs opening their second store. She had the privilege of managing day-to-day operations that consisted of 7-10 employees and attending trade shows within the United States as well as overseas in Europe. Her journey didn’t end there. Real estate was a passion of hers for years. She finally joined Keller Williams Consultants Realty in 2021.She has been overjoyed ever since in helping families around Ohio achieve their biggest dream of owning a home. Columbus and Central Ohio are great places to live and work, which is why Sarah Dienstbach chose to call it home. Originally from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, she came to Columbus in 2014. Sarah comes from a background in healthcare, and has turned her passion for serving others by guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. She cares about making a difference, and listens to her clients' wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. As a proud member of the Keller Williams family and The Marsh Home Group, Sarah carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spoiling her 10 year old Australian Shepherd, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Being born and raised in Canada, Ed was fortunate enough to get a hockey scholarship where he received a degree in Legal Studies at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 2005. He then began a professional hockey career playing for over 11 years living in 5 different countries. For the next 5 years Ed was a full-time Firefighter. After a career ending injury, Ed decided to pursue his next passion which is real estate. His goal is to treat every client like family and make sure their needs are met.
